Our Why
Bright Ideas Speech Therapy, LLC began with a passion for patient-focused therapy services. Frustrated with the increasing focus on productivity and reimbursement, leading to delays in treatment, and reduced access to care locally, Dr. Hayward-Sneider developed a plan to bring access to the highest quality of personalized care to our community. In particular, the plan was to reduce wait times for local autism assessments and diagnosis. With this plan in mind, Dr Hayward-Sneider returned to school to earn a clinical doctorate in Northwestern University's SLPD program, with a dream of opening a private clinic to serve the children of our local area. Armed with the skills and knowledge of over 20 years of experience as well as the most up-to-date therapeutic research, Dr. Hayward-Sneider began Bright Ideas Speech Therapy in 2021. Since that time, Bright Ideas has drawn some of the area's most experienced and knowledgable therapists, who bring with them exceptional specialization of skills. Our staff share the dream of building a therapeutic clinic where all of our local children have access to the care they need without having to leave our community. We strive to maintain a space where compassion and understanding meet fun, professional intervention.
Our Patient Promise
At Bright Ideas Speech Therapy, our passion is helping each individual child thrive. We believe in nurturing potential and celebrating progress, treating every patient with the care and attention they deserve in their journey to their greatest potential.
